Reviver or Survivor - what sort of leader are you? or for which type would you like to work?

Revivers are described as leaders focused on continued acceleration, transformation, and investment in growth and innovation; survivors are those who are focused on cost reduction and sustaining pace of change.

The three steps that will help one become a reviver are proposed as follows:

Cultivate kindness to encourage risks - Without the safety net of kindness, no one will walk the innovation tightrope.

Work in the growth zone - Leaders need to steer themselves, and their teams, away from the comfort zone to the growth zone.

Grow with purpose by leading with authenticity - Purpose, when applied authentically, unlocks better leadership and drives growth.

What else drives revivership? Or do we look at this as another rebranding of antifragility (Taub 2012)?
